After more than a year of construction, several buildings at the mixed-use River House development on Nicholson Drive are nearing completion. The 34,000-square-foot, three-story office building and the clubhouse-leasing office will both be completed in January and ready for tenant occupancy.

Construction of Square 46 in Mid City is expected to be completed sometime in the spring of 2017, a broker close to the project says. In the meantime, commercial office and retail space is being preleased in the roughly 25,000-square-foot mixed-use development going vertical on Government Street.
