Downtown Baton Rouge’s Riverfront Plaza to get facelift; new Magpie Café, hotel opening soon

Plans are in the works to give Riverfront Plaza a facelift that will refurbish the area between the Baton Rouge RiverCenter and the city dock by redoing the landscape, removing some concrete and modernizing the architecture.
