Lofts at 6C rebranding as The Heron Downtown

The downtown apartment complex under development at Sixth and Convention streets, previously known as The Lofts at 6C, is getting a new name—The Heron Downtown. The rebrand of the 142-unit complex comes as pre-leasing gets underway this week. Developer John O. Hearin says the change has been contemplated for several months and better tells the story of the complex, which plays off his family name and also ties in with interior design elements of the building, which will feature prints of John James Audubon’s iconic bird paintings.
