The guys at City Pork who brought Charcuterie to Baton Rouge are now bringing you Southfin Southern Poké: Hawaiian inspired street food with a dash of Louisiana lifestyle. When the new concept opens, at 4321 Perkins Rd, you’ll be able to choose from several chef-created poké bowls or customize your own bowl using an array of fresh seafood, healthy ingredients and house made island sauces. If the City Pork menus are any indication the Southfin cocktail list should be on point. If you’re looking for something non-alcoholic the concept will be pouring house-made agua frescas and locally made kombucha. Finish your meal with a trip to their “Dessert Bar” to create your own dessert bowl using locally made ice cream and sorbet, with a variety of fresh toppings. Whether you’re on the go for a quick bite or dining in for a relaxing experience, Southfin will satisfy all your cravings, Gulf to Table.
